Privacy policy
What we collect (almost nothing), why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have under the GDPR.

The short version. This website collects no personal data from visitors. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no browser storage, no third-party requests, no contact form and no mailing list. The only personal data we ever hold is what you choose to put in an email to us. Everything below is the detail behind that sentence.
1. Who is the data controller
The controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is:

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer under Article 37 GDPR: we do not carry out large-scale systematic monitoring and we do not process special categories of data on a large scale. The email address above reaches the person responsible.
2. What we do not collect
We think a privacy policy is more useful when it starts with the negatives, because these are the things most websites do and we do not:
- No cookies of any kind — not necessary, not functional, not analytical, not advertising.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Matomo, no Plausible, no self-hosted statistics script of any kind.
- No advertising or conversion pixels. No Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no Microsoft UET tag, no affiliate tracking script served from this site.
- No browser storage. Nothing is written to
localStorage,sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Web SQL or the Cache API. - No fingerprinting. No canvas, font, audio or WebGL fingerprinting, and no device-characteristic collection.
- No third-party requests. No Google Fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded videos, no social widgets, no external scripts. Every file the page needs is served from this domain.
- No contact form, deliberately — a form would transmit and store what you type. See the contact page.
- No newsletter, no account, no login, no profiling and no automated decision-making.
Because we place nothing on your device and read nothing from it, Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) is not engaged, and no consent banner is required. We explain how to verify this yourself in the cookie policy.
3. Server logs
Like any web server, the server delivering this site records technical information about requests it receives: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred and the browser’s user-agent string. An IP address can constitute personal data.

We do not analyse these logs to measure audience, to profile visitors or to identify individuals, and we run no software over them for those purposes.
4. If you write to us
If you send an email to info@valteris.online, we process your address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.

5. What happens when you follow a link to a vendor
This is the most important paragraph in this policy, because it is where data processing actually begins — and it is not us doing it.
When you click a link marked “partner link”, you leave valteris.online. Your browser then makes a request to the affiliate network and to the vendor, and those organisations become the controllers of whatever they collect. They will typically set their own cookies, record the referral so that a commission can be attributed, and apply their own privacy policy and their own consent mechanism. We have no control over that and no visibility of it.
What we do on our side:
- We set no cookie and store nothing before, during or after the click.
- We send the referrer under the
strict-origin-when-cross-originpolicy, so the destination sees the domainhttps://valteris.onlinerather than the full page address. - If a campaign parameter (such as
utm_source,gclidormsclkid) is present in the address you arrived on, it may be appended to the outbound link. It is read from the address bar for that single purpose and is not stored anywhere. - We receive aggregate payout reporting from the partner programme. We do not receive your identity, your email address or your purchase details, and we do not want them.
Before subscribing to anything, read the privacy policy of the vendor concerned. It governs that relationship; this one does not.
6. Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to request access to your personal data (Article 15), its rectification (Article 16), its erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21). Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time (Article 7(3)) — although we rely on consent for nothing.
To exercise any of these, write to info@valteris.online. We respond within one month, as required by Article 12(3), and we charge nothing.
A practical note, offered honestly rather than as a brush-off: for an ordinary visitor who has not emailed us, we hold nothing that identifies you, so there is in most cases nothing to access, rectify, erase or port. If you have emailed us, we hold that email and the rights above apply to it in full.
7. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe we have handled your personal data unlawfully, you may complain to a supervisory authority. The authority competent for us is:

You may also complain to the supervisory authority of the EU or EEA member state in which you are habitually resident or where the alleged infringement took place.
8. Children
This site is aimed at a general adult audience. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, of any age.
9. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The most effective security measure we apply is architectural: we hold almost no data, so there is almost nothing to lose. Email correspondence is held in a mailbox protected by access controls.
10. Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and its last-updated date. If we ever introduced any form of data collection — which we have no plan to do — we would say so prominently here and on the cookie policy before it took effect.
